FINANCING TERMS
1. FINALITY OF SALE
All retail installment contracts, buyer's orders, cash purchases, and vehicle financing agreements executed with Area 51 Auto Finance, LLC are legally binding, final, and complete upon signing.
2. NO CANCELLATION PERIOD (BYLAW/STATE LAW)
In accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, there is no statutory "cooling-off" period, right to ascend window, or buyer's remorse provision for motor vehicle purchases or financial contracts. Once the paperwork is signed and delivery is taken, the customer fully obligated to the terms of the contract.
3. DEPOSITS AND DOWN PAYMENTS
*Holding Deposits: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate, signed conditional holding agreement, all vehicle deposits are strictly non-refundable as they remove the vehicle from active inventory.
*Down payments: Down payments rendered at the time of contract execution are applied directly to the transaction and are non-refundable once the financing or cash sale is processed and finalized.
4. ANCILLARY PRODUCTS & ADD-ONS
Any optional aftermarket products, service contracts, or GAP waivers included at the time of sale are governed by the specific terms and cancellation clauses outlined in their respective third-party provider contracts.
